Backdoor Golf (aka Whacky Golf) is a small 2D golf game made in two days for the Assembly Summer 2016 game dev compo.


Controls:

Hold D - Charge Shot

Release D - Take Shot

Space - Change Club

Tab - Mute Music & Sounds


How To Play:

Hit the ball past the right side of the screen to progress to the next stage. Hitting it through the "Target" area will get you more points and a time bonus.

Your club decides the angle you hit the ball at. You have three clubs to choose from; A driver, wedge and a putter. These can be switched between using tab

Thanks for making this game! It was really fun and the way you did the randomization of the screens actually led to me thinking a lot more about random/procedural generation. I wrote a whole review of the game on my blog here a while ago.
